David Mills

David worked for 27 years with a major international petroleum company. Involved in operational programming, facilities planning, capital project appraisal, and diversification activities. This was followed by five years in management of non‑domestic property, particularly small industrial and office units.

He is a founder member of Land Value Taxation Campaign. Editor of the Campaign's bulletin, "Practical Politics", since its inception in 1988.

Roy Douglas

Roy is Emeritus Reader at the University of Surrey. He has degrees in science but later qualified as a Barrister. He has written fifteen books on modern history, with others in active preparation.

In recent years he has specialised in the study of political cartoons as historical source material. He stood as a parliamentary candidate for the Liberal Party on five occasions.

Henry Law

Henry took a degree in Chemistry but subsequently worked as a town planner dealing primarily with urban conservation and design. His writing has been published extensively in professional journals on architecture, planning and transport including "Building Design", "Architect's Journal" and the former Council of Industrial Design's periodical, "Design".
